    What are you regularly avoiding? Are you finding that you could be doing things more efficiently but just don’t have the time to change anything? Are you challenged for time and just not seeing as many clients as you would like to?

    4. What would you ideally like to see happen in the first 90 days of bringing on someone to help         you?

    What are the tasks that you can handover immediately to make your life easier? What would make the biggest impact for you. That is what you start with.

    5. How will achieving this make a difference to your business and your life?

    Imagine what your life could be like if you have assistance to focus on your passion. Will you enjoy your business more? Will that impact your family life as well?
