    We will discuss your needs and how you would like your business to operate.  We will work with you to ensure that we are reaching your business goals.  You will be provided with a member of our team who is dedicated to looking after you.  That member of the team will train another team member to ensure if they are away there is always someone in the office to look after you. 

  • Meet your assistant

    Once we have decided to work together, we will arrange a video call so you can meet your assistant.   This can be done before signing up if you prefer.    If you don't think you will be able to work with that assistant we will assign you the one who may better suit your needs.  

  • Flexible plans to fit your budget

    We will work with you to tailor a plan that suits you and your business.   We have an hourly rate or packages that you can purchase.  We can discuss to see what suits you.

    If you are not satisfied with our service we will discuss this in detail with you to rectify any problems and learn how we can do things better. We will re-do any typed work that may need to be rectified free of charge.   If you find that you cannot work with us, we will take the time to find you a virtual assistant who may be more suited to your needs.
